How were the ancient Egyptians able to build such impressive pyramids without the use of modern machinery? The answer is LEVERAGE! Why are some people able to build so much in life with so little, while others can not? THE ANSWER IS LEVERAGE! It’s not how much you have or are given that’s important, but what you do with all that you have or are given. As you work on developing your life – financial strategy and plan, list everything that you own and everything that is in your life, including relationships, responsibilities and resources. You are responsible to manage all of these with integrity and proficiency. You can also seek knowledge and wisdom every day to continually learn how to leverage everything that you have so that it grows and multiplies. As you set out to really develop a responsible life and financial plan, please remember to take care of first things first. • Sufficient Life Insurance coverage on you and your life partner, so that if either of you dies, the other one and the children will have enough to live and to make a life for life.
• Quality Health Insurance and a plan for paying your deductable if you or someone in your family becomes ill.
• Adequate Auto and Home Insurance – from the same company, under a liability umbrella of at least 1 million $.

To truly leverage your life, you must lay this firm foundation first, and then work to develop your financial plan further. Remember, your financial plan exists to support your life strategy with goals and plans that empower you to fulfill your life mission/purpose.
